No more fixing the first charge after moving a member to a new plan. Discounts now apply right from the start, so staff gets it right the first time.

• The discount now carries through to that first payment, not just the cycles after

Members stuck without an OTP email finally have a way out. Password changes and resets are now faster, more flexible, and less dependent on email actually showing up.

• Change or reset your password right from your profile so you don’t need to log out first

• Send security codes by email or SMS as it’s great for members whose email blocks OTPs due to corporate filters

• Switch between email and SMS when a phone number’s on file

• Logged out? If a number’s connected to your email, you can still reset your password via SMS

• No number on file? Add one from edit profile, then reset via SMS

• No phone number added? SMS stays dimmed, with a quick note explaining why

Your card reader now runs on Stripe's cloud instead of your local Wi-Fi, so expect fewer dropped connections and zero troubleshooting headaches. Pick your reader once from a list, and it's remembered every time after that.

You'll also see your reader's status right where you take payments, plus a clear "processing" step so you and your customer both know a payment's actually going through.
