Card payments at the front desk, made simple

Your card reader now runs on Stripe's cloud instead of your local Wi-Fi, so expect fewer dropped connections and zero troubleshooting headaches. Pick your reader once from a list, and it's remembered every time after that.

You'll also see your reader's status right where you take payments, plus a clear "processing" step so you and your customer both know a payment's actually going through.

An updated Calendar view is here

By popular request, an updated Calendar view is here. Your members can now see their whole month at a glance.

Tap the calendar icon where every day shows up color-coded by status, so they know instantly what they attended, missed, waitlisted, or cancelled.

Tap any day for the full details about check-in, cancel, or view the booking, right from there.

Voice is now in the inbox with calls, SMS, and AI—answering in one place

Your Inbox is now more than messaging. Make and receive calls, manage SMS conversations, and let AI answer inbound calls, all from a single conversation thread.

What's new:

  • Make and receive calls directly from the inbox, with live call status (ringing, connected, missed, completed)

  • Calls and texts from the same number stay in one thread, with recordings and duration logged automatically

  • AI answers inbound calls: Buddy-style for new leads, Nomi-style for existing members

  • No one available? Calls forward to any number you set and still appear in the inbox with full history

  • Voice AI settings under AI Frontdesk → Settings: toggle, 30+ languages, 4,000+ voices, custom greeting

  • "SMS Settings" is now "Phone Number Settings" with voice, SMS, forwarding, and compliance in one place

Good to know:

  • Existing SMS Inbox studios can start using Voice immediately on their current number

  • The same phone number now supports both SMS and voice

  • Voice AI supports 30+ languages and thousands of voice options

  • Live call transfer during an active AI call is coming in a future release

Note:

  • Already on Inbox? Voice is live on your number now. New studios only need to configure a phone number once for both SMS and voice.

  • This is for you, US studios! Voice doesn't require A2P registration. You can start making and receiving calls right away, even before SMS setup is complete.

Auto Check-In for classes, courses, and appointments

Members can now be automatically checked in after their booking ends, keeping attendance records accurate without extra admin work.

What's new:

  • Enable auto check-in separately for classes, courses, and appointments

  • Choose exactly how many minutes after an event ends the auto check-in should trigger

  • Attendance is updated automatically in the background
