Draft Mode for Pricing Options
Your team can now create pricing plans in draft mode, giving you time to review and approve before they go live. This new update ensures everything goes live only when every detail is finalized.
What else is new?
Duplicate existing plans instead of building from scratch — ideal for similar offerings. Duplicated plans are saved as drafts by default.
Archived plans are now visible and can be easily unarchived, giving you more flexibility in managing past offerings.

Support for Membership Cancellation Requests
Clients can submit membership cancellation requests directly from their account—no more chasing emails or manual tracking for your staff. Once a request is submitted, designated staff members receive an email notification with all the necessary details.
Steps to activate:
CRM > Settings > Payments > Scroll to “Membership Cancellation Criteria” > Toggle on “Allow Cancellation Requests”
