"The first numbers I can see from January show that it just works seamlessly. Even when people outside of Balboa used it for the first time and found it very intuitive,” remarks Timo when asked about the branded app.

“The two main things we wanted to reach with our website and also with this app. We want new people to understand us very quickly and like what we do.  And that they can book very quickly. These two requirements are met with Kenko,” confirms Timo.

Within six weeks of implementing Kenko, both staff and members experienced what modern studio management should feel like.

"Yeah, I mean I'm speaking now, six weeks in the process. It changed everything for us. Kenko as a company brings newer standards in software processes, better support, and new functionalities coming in..." adds Timo, explaining why he sees long-term value in the platform.
